\n The journey of Sardaformaggi begins in Buddus\u00f2, in the heart of Sardinia, where fifty years ago small rural dairies laid the foundation for what would become a great brand. Here, in a unique mountainous environment over 700 meters above sea level, the ancient art of cheese-making has merged over the years with increasingly advanced technologies, supported by a unique climate for cheese maturation. The cheese produced by the Buddus\u00f2 dairy is part of the limited production of 'Mountain Products.' This site, dedicated to the production of stretched-curd cheeses, is equipped with cutting-edge technological systems, allowing for the production of a variety of cheeses with mixed sheep and cow's milk curd, both natural and smoked. It also hosts numerous rooms for the maturation and storage of goods. Olbia is also where SardaFormaggi embarked on its challenge towards the use of renewable energy, with the company's first photovoltaic plant. \n In Tuscany, at Incisa Val d\u2019Arno, we find Sardaformaggi's logistics and commercial hub. This site houses the commercial offices, ensuring close logistical proximity between the commercial management, company ownership, and customers. However, it's not just a distribution center; it\u2019s a place where product quality is preserved and enhanced. Here, the cheeses complete their maturation process and are packaged and distributed throughout Italy and the rest of the world.
