Once it reaches a boil, <strong>cook for 25 minutes<\/strong>, then remove from the water and let it cool.<\/p><p>In a large bowl, place the cooled cauliflower, add the flour, yeast dissolved in water, salt, <strong>some grated pecorino cheese, and pepper<\/strong>. Mix everything well: the mixture should be quite stiff, like pizza dough. Let it rise for a couple of hours until it doubles in size.<\/p><p><strong>Heat the oil in a pot and drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil<\/strong>, using another spoon to help.
