When the oil is hot, <strong>add the fresh spinach that has been previously washed and dried.<\/strong> Cover the pan and cook the spinach over high heat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cut the pecorino cheese into flakes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After a couple of minutes of cooking, <strong>add the pine nuts to the spinach<\/strong>, cover again, and cook for another two minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Turn off the heat and transfer the spinach to a serving platter, removing the garlic clove.
